Bigfork author Leslie Budewitz will present a book reading and signing at North Lake County Public Library on Wednesday, December 10th at 4:00 p.m. The event, which will be held in the library meeting room, is free and open to the public.  Refreshments will be served.

Leslie writes the Food Lovers’ Village Mysteries, set in Jewel Bay, Montana. The books feature Erin Murphy, proprietor of The Merc, a regional foods market in her family’s century-old former grocery. Erin’s passion for pasta, retail, and huckleberry chocolates leads to a talent for solving murder.

Death a Dente, first in the series, won the 2013 Agatha Award for Best First Novel. Her second mystery, Crime Rib, came out in July 2014. Also a lawyer, Leslie is the newly elected Vice President/President Elect of Sisters in Crime, the international group of mystery readers, writers, librarians and other lovers of crime fiction.

Everyone is invited to attend. North Lake County Public Library is located at #2 First Ave. East in Polson. For more information, please call the circulation desk at 406-883-8225.
